TPT Showcase Series Rules
These rules apply to all TPT Showcase events.
• 2 Coaches Bands Per Team
• Home Team: Light Jerseys
• Away Team: Dark Jerseys
• Book & Clock Provided by TPT Staff
• Players must be listed on the team roster prior to participation
Game Format
• 4-Minute Warm-Up
• Two 16-Minute Halves
• 2-Minute Halftime
• Stop Clock Format
• Running Clock when team leads by 20+ points
• Two Timeouts Per Half
• Timeouts Do Not Carry Over
Overtime
• 1st Overtime: 2 Minutes
• 2nd Overtime: 1 Minute
• 3rd Overtime: Sudden Death
• Each Team Receives One Additional Timeout Per Overtime Period
Ball Size
• Grades 3–6: 28.5 Ball
• Grades 7–12: 29.5 Ball
Fouls
• 6 Personal Fouls to Foul Out
• Bonus (1-and-1) at 7 Team Fouls Per Half
• Double Bonus at 10 Team Fouls Per Half
General Rules
• NFHS Rules Apply Unless Otherwise Noted
• Teams must be prepared to play at their scheduled game time
• Only rostered players and credentialed coaches are permitted on the bench
• Anybody displaying unsportsmanlike conduct may be removed from the facility
• Game officials have final authority on all judgment calls
• Event Director reserves the right to make decisions on situations not specifically covered by these rules
